Christmas Opening Times and last delivery dates

ITTTSS CHRRISSTTMMASSS!!!!

Just a short update this time around, with Christmas and the holidays here, so you know when we are open, when the last delivery dates are etc.

After a long year with the whole team working extremely hard, we have decided to have a bit of a longer Christmas break, this will also give us a few days to do a full stock count/restock and complete the move into our new premises.

We are planning on being open as normal up until 1pm on December 22^nd, we will then close and re-open the 29^th and 30^th for shipping and customer service enquires only. We will then again close and re-open properly on the 4^th of January.

Obviously during this time, the website will still be online, and orders can be made as normal but please be patient if you send in any emails during this time, they will be answered during our normal opening hours on the above days.

Delivery Dates

UK – With Royal Mail currently experiencing huge delays any order needed for Christmas needs to select Next Day courier as the delivery option. Any orders made after 12pm on December 22^nd will be sent on December 29^th.

Rest of the world – As above, we can no longer guarantee any international standard delivery time frames, if you want to check if DHL can deliver in time for Christmas please just email the sales team with your zipcode/post code and country and we can let you know if it will arrive in time.

So to summarise

December 21^st – Open as normal

December 22^nd – Open for half day, orders made for next day courier before 12pm will be dispatched, orders made after will be shipped on the 29^th.

December 23-28 – Closed

December 29/30 – Open for shipping and customer service enquires

December 31/Jan 1^st – Closed

January 4^th – Back to normal

Orders made for the UK with next day courier up until December 22^nd should be there before Christmas.

International Customers please email with your postcode/zip code and country before shipping if the order is required for Christmas.
