- Orders will only ship once all items on the order have been released.

- Orders are processed and shipped at the earliest opportunity, and we will always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of being placed. This can naturally change during busy periods, but rest assured we’ll be working our hardest to get orders out for you.

- Please note that orders placed after 1pm will not be shipped until the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the next working day (usually Monday, except for bank holidays).

- Depending on the shipping method selected, your shipping timeframe begins once your order has been shipped as opposed to once your order has been placed.

- You’ll be able to find the tracking number for your order (if applicable) on your Order Page. If your order has not arrived within your delivery timeframe, please do get in touch and our Customer Service team will investigate this issue for you.

- We offer various shipping methods, including multiple methods within the UK for Royal Mail which varies in price and service/speed, as well as DHL Domestic and DHL Express. Your shipping costs will be calculated on an order-by-order basis at the checkout.

- Orders over a certain value will be shipped via DHL for Security and Insurance purposes.

- Please be aware; we cannot cover costs incurred for local taxes or customs or for those of delayed/misrouted orders. If an order is not accepted due to customs not being paid and therefore retuned to us, the customer is then liable for delivery costs and cost of returns to us.

- Sadly, we cannot give you an idea of how much customs/taxes will be on your shipment, as this will vary on an order-by-order and country-by-country basis. If you have any questions or would like to find out more about your countries customs regulations, we would recommend contacting your local customs authority.

- Pre-Order Shipping; We will always endeavour for customers to receive their pre-order items as close to release date as possible. However, please be aware that we are unable to ship pre-order items until the day before their release day. This will naturally mean some customers will not have their items on release day.

-International Tracked/Signed takes on average 5-15 days to reach Zone 1 and 10-20 days to reach Zone 2. However by choosing this service you understand that we have no control over the time taken to deliver once the items are shipped. If you are in a rush or need your items urgently we ALWAYS recommend using DHL shipping. If your items are taking an unusually long time to arrive (longer than the above averages) please do get in contact, 10 days after the anticipated delivery date we can open a lost item case.
